Which age groups or grade levels can participate in the summer camp?

The program is open to students from elementary to high school. No specific academic background or skills are required, only an interest and enthusiasm for the activities.

What activities and courses are offered at the Harvard Summer Camp? What is the daily schedule like?

We offer a variety of activities, including business courses, outdoor adventures, and science experiments, in addition to the core academic curriculum. The daily schedule begins at 8 AM, with academic courses in the morning, followed by in-depth visits and activities in the afternoon. In the evening, students engage in activities with their host families.

Where will the students stay? Are dietary needs taken into consideration?

Students will stay with local host families in the U.S. The camp provides three meals a day: breakfast and dinner are shared with the host family, while lunch is served in the school cafeteria, offering students a chance to experience American school culture. The camp ensures that vegetarian, gluten-free, or other special dietary needs are accommodated.

How do we ensure the safety of students? What happens if a student becomes ill or injured?

Our camp has dedicated safety personnel and 24-hour staff supervision to ensure the students' safety. Both the school and the dormitory are conveniently located, with the nearest hospital just a 10-minute drive away.

After registration, we will send parents a detailed list of items to bring. Generally, this includes everyday personal items, outdoor activity gear, and other necessary belongings.

We provide daily updates on camp activities and photos through our official chat group. If parents have specific questions or concerns, they can contact us at any time via phone or email.

Is visa assurance provided? What happens if the visa application is unsuccessful?

Visa issuance is entirely under the jurisdiction of the U.S. government. We offer pre-visa application guidance and training. While we cannot guarantee 100% visa approval, in the event of a visa denial, we offer a refund.
